Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs is always clutch when you need a quick lunch and a pretty tasty warm hot sub! My favorite is the New York Steamer which never disappoints! The staff here is friendly and do a great job of taking care of the shop and most importantly keeping it clean. Pro tip here is to order online, or call in advance to place an order. This works out really well especially if you're picking up large orders for co-workers, visitors, students, etc. As for the meatball sub honestly it depends on your preference. I'm not a big fan of it, and some of my friends claim it's the best meatball sub they've ever had. It can either be hit or miss!

Came here last night when I walked in the whole please was filled with smoke&smelled burnt they told me they was out of white bread only had wheat so I said ok I will take it than I asked for a pickle was told we don’t have any pickles that did it for me I will never come back to that place again

This is my favorite food spot in the neighborhood! The staff is always upbeat & they know how to make a fire sandwich! me & my boyfriend are regulars & as soon as we walk through the door they're already punching in our order! I love this place it's my number 1 go to !

Subway a run for their money

Worst place to go and try to have ur lunch. The lady who owns the store doesn't know to work with customers. I ordered a cheddar beef brisket. I got home and it had no cheddar😡 I call them and I spoke to the owner and she gave me a really nasty attitude from the moment she got to the phone. She asked me for my receipt, and I wasn't sure if I had it. So she told me that when she had time she was going to try to pull out the receipt and then she'll call me!! I asked her if that was the best she could do? And she hung up the phone on me!!! In other words I'm the owner and there's nothing u could do about it!!!!

The day we went was a Sunday. It was a very slow day but that was fine with us. It took a while for one of the employees to notice us as she was in the back, she was fast and friendly, the food was really good as well.

It depends who's making the subs

Firehouse Subs are incredible. I've tried them all every single one on the menu and all of them are delicious I really can't speak bad about any of them. They give you a lot of choices on what you want to put on your sub. Then you get your choice of brownies cookies or chips. And they also have the soda machine that has every single drink including soda water they also have sparkling water and I believe some juices. The staff is extremely friendly and that is a reason why I give them 5 stars.

From the greeting you get when you step in, until the 'have a nice day' when you go, the whole experience is so nice. Great staff, great subs! the engineer is my fave. Plus, you are supporting our first responders. Buy an empty pickle bucket for 2 $ and make a donation for the firefighters!

My husband & I visited this place several times. The staff is great!!! Watch out for Ms. Fae....she's the one that puts together the BEST chicken, bacon, & ranch sub!!! She's excellent in her work & takes pride in it. Overall, the food is fresh & the place is clean!! Highly recommend this facility!!

Friendly staff that greeted me when I walked in. A couple of delicious beef brisket sandwich variations were making the restaurant smell like I was in a barbecue house. Very good food at a reasonable price.

Hardly anyone in the store and they told me there were 20 orders ahead of me. They need to improve their online ordering process or hire more staff.

Missing Gluten Free products, like wraps! Get with UDI who makes these types of products.

My husband & I love this place! The people are friendly and it is always clean and the subs are phenomenal. Everything is so fresh every time. I held back on the last star because they are very expensive which is also why we don't go there as often as we would like to. Yes, it is fresh & delicious but they are, after all, just subs.

I always order from here online. And when I come in to pick up at the time given, I always have to wait longer. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes in line. Good sandwiches, but not worth spending half my lunch time waiting in line. I won't be coming back.

Best sub place. Chill place, busy but not crazy

We're in there so often the staff remember us how funny but. it's really good sandwiches. The staff is pretty standard not too nice or too rude just standard. I notice they always greet law & fire when they enter. hit or miss or everyone else. The only reason I can't objectively give them 5 stars is that almost everytime we visit I have to wipe of the tables myself. whoever is in charge of that drops the ball at times. not sure if it's because they are assign to other duties but that's the only thing that's a little bothersome but great place. overall pretty clean and good service.

Although the cashier girl is rude and looks like she didn't wanna come to work, their subs are DAMN good!! But i don't go their often being that they are VERY expensive.

I love a great sandwich place and this is it. They're not stingy with meat and they steam all of it with the cheese so that it's nice and melty on a toasted bun...🙀🙀
